Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The role includes managing client accounts, providing product and service information, handling client inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will also be involved in coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and facilitating smooth communication between clients and the company.
