As the IT Infrastructure & Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of projects encompassing Data Center, Cloud, Network, Endpoint, and Security domains. Your role will involve showcasing expertise in Delivery Management, with a strong technical acumen in Wintel, Storage, Network, ITIL, Agile methodologies, Service Management, and NBFC customer environments. You will provide technical guidance on intricate architectures involving hybrid cloud, data center operations, network infrastructure, endpoint management, and security operations. It will be crucial for you to stay updated on the latest technology trends in cybersecurity, automation, and cloud operations, while collaborating with architecture and engineering teams to enhance performance, availability, and security. Your experience in handling high-value projects exceeding USD 20 million, along with a sound understanding of P&L, EBITDA, and commercial metrics, will be essential. Managing PAN India accounts, overseeing third-party service providers, and demonstrating proven expertise in the BFSI domain will also fall under your purview. You will serve as the primary client contact for delivery and relationship management, conducting regular service reviews, governance meetings, and translating client requirements into delivery roadmaps. Identifying expansion opportunities, supporting proposal development, and collaborating with pre-sales and solutioning teams will be key responsibilities. Leading and mentoring diverse delivery teams across geographies, fostering a performance-driven culture, and ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards will be integral to your role. Additionally, your proficiency in Virtualization technologies, Public Cloud platforms, Cisco and Fortinet firewalls, SIEM/SOC operations, Intune/SCCM, and ITIL frameworks will be highly valuable. Your strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to resolving technical challenges, will contribute to the successful management of complex IT infrastructure projects and high-performing teams. Balancing customer satisfaction, delivery efficiency, and profitability will be central to your approach in this role.,
