Role & responsibilities We were looking for candidates with experience in ABB programming at a minimum level. The following job description will be Experience in ABB 800xA System Hands on experience in 800xA Logic development Hands on experience in the800xA Domain environment Experience in Batch Process in Chemical/ Pharma / Paint Industries Experience in different communication protocols like Profibus, Modbus and OPC Participates in maintenance of the control systems and ensure the frequent backups are available and updating of the user management as per schedules Suggests and implement new areas of automation Prepares the Calibrations master list and Annual Calibrations schedule and update the same in SAP Ensures the Execution of the calibrations through SAP as per calibration policy and related Instrument calibration SOPs Monitors and analyzes breakdown trends and coordinates for timely handover of equipment. Ensures availability of minimum spares inventory for smooth functioning of day-to-day maintenance activities Prepares the Annual Preventive maintenance plan with consultation To follow safety norms and adhere to company policy. To follow the Quality Policy & Contamination prevention policy of the company Train the team to recognize & identify potential hazards during critical maintenance work and ensure 100% adherence on the shop floor. Ensure compliance of LOTO and availability of adequate resources for the team by performing regular checks and site visits Lead closer of all the safety observations & NVO observations, conduct the safety observations rounds and ensure to complete the observations Ensure 100% adherence for JSA prior to Work For avoiding wastage and misuse of equipment, materials, and tools. For providing the highest level of safety during all stages of instrumentation activities and execution to avoid any type of incidents or accidents.
