Job Summary: Responsible for developing CNC side logic for our productivity solutions at the customer site. Providing continuous post installation support to ensure the successful running in production machines. Engaging with internal teams and customers for efficient project execution. Roles and Responsibilities: Understand requirement for each of our products and need of modifications in the machine (TPM-Trak, Auto Offset, Amg IoT). Configure, Develop & troubleshoot the CNC logic, for OEE, AWOC & Custom projects. Owning Critical Installation of our solutions at customer site (direct or Remote through Application Engineers) Quicker turnaround for requests from Field application team, PLC team & development teams Document each modification along with Previous and current logic. Understand how to work with (read data/ Change the logic) different versions of Fanuc & Siemens Hardware, document known differences. Continuously improve knowledge on other controllers for interfacing & data collection such as FOCAS via Ethernet on Fanuc, OPC UA on Siemens etc. Learn to develop custom screens and provide logic support in Fanuc and Siemens controllers. Testing of new hardware with CNC controls and providing detailed feedback (ex: Weintek HMI). Developing logic for Non-Fanuc/Siemens controllers, such as Mazak, Mori Seiki, Mitsubishi, DMG, Makino (including identifying the right software). Compile Knowledgebase on hardware requirements for different controllers. Learn and improve the possibility of enabling/changing PLC & Conventional machines as per the need of the project. Continuously train new engineers Functional (Behavioral) competencies: Verbal communication Written Communication Attention to details. Negotiation Prioritization Interpersonal Time Management Logical Thinking Analytical Thinking Accountability Technical Competencies: OEE Logic (Turning &Machining Fanuc "i" variants (OTXC, D &F, 31i, 310i) OEE Logic (Turning &Machining Siemens 828D OEE Logic with older Siemens 802D, 808 I/O based AWOC in Siemens 828 & 802D AWOC through Weintek Direct Fanuc AWOC through Weintek Direct Siemens (with or without OPC) Custom logic support for OEE M call pokeyoke Other CNC controllers logic integration (mitsubishi, Delta etc..) "AMG mIoT logic support OEE Process parameters" Fanuc Picture/ C executor programming support
