The candidate will work closely with the party’s spokespersons and media team, helping to craft accurate, compelling, and data-driven content for both print and television media. This role is crucial in supporting the party’s communication strategy during press interactions, election campaigns, and daily political discourse. Key Responsibilities: 1. Weekly Press Conferences: Assist in research, talking points preparation, and document support for at least two press conferences per week. 2. On-Demand Fact Sheets: Provide well-researched content to all official spokespersons for their engagements with different media houses. 3. Real-Time Opposition Tracking: Actively monitor, analyze, and document all issues raised by opposition parties in real time. 4. Rapid Rebuttals: Draft immediate responses with facts and references to counter the opposition's claims across platforms. 5. Developmental Documentation: Create in-depth reports on the achievements of the party across different sectors such as education, health, infrastructure, and law & order. 6. Daily Conference Call: Join a morning (and during elections, morning & evening) conference call with spokespersons and senior leaders to coordinate messaging and issue-based responses. 7. Creative Political Messaging: Craft sharp, witty, and poetic one-liners or couplets (in Hindi) on current issues and party achievements for use in speeches, social media, and campaigns. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Journalism, Public Policy, or related field. Prior experience in political research, media strategy, or content writing preferred. Excellent command over Hindi (both formal and creative styles). Strong grasp of Bihar’s political and developmental landscape. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, especially during election periods.
