Description
The Global SaaS & Apps Delivery team at CSS is seeking an IT engineer to drive the adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for customers. The team showcases Oracle's cloud technology and engineering solutions to provide a highly differentiated service experience in the cloud environment. As a Siebel Architect, you will design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications to meet the organization's business needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and quality assurance testers, you will ensure the seamless integration and optimal performance of the CRM system. In addition, you will work directly with customers on new implementations, migrations, and Run/Maintain projects, while handling critical issues and escalations with utmost customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with globally spread talented teams across technology domains and being flexible to work in multiple technologies. Requirements: - 12+ years of industry experience in Oracle SIEBEL, including WebLogic & DB administration - Proficiency in application Installation, Upgrade, Migration, Patching, with at least 2 upgrade/migration project experiences on the latest SIEBEL version - Experience working in Unix/Linux and Windows environments, with production support experience and flexibility to work in a rotating shift model - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills Preferred Skills: - Cloud Admin experience in OCI, Azure, or AWS - DEVOPS skills in Python, Docker, Kubernetes - Experience in implementing and configuring CI/CD pipeline for Siebel - Experience in OCI, Kubernetes, and Dockers - Latest Certification in Oracle Cloud Infra & Oracle SIEBEL technologies - Experience working on a Standby basis (24x7) or scheduled out-of-hour operations What We Offer: - A range of benefits to support your lifestyle and well-being - A multi-faceted job with a broad spectrum of responsibilities - A great work environment for you to succeed Desired Competencies: - Self-motivated with a self-education attitude - Technical leader inspiring other teammates - Team-player demonstrating initiative and commitment - Excellent written and verbal skills in English - Experience working with globally distributed teams - Character, clarity, courage, and commitment to high-performance - Championing better, faster, and simpler ways of doing things - Applying original thinking and continuous improvement to better serve customer needs,
