Siebel Principal Architect, CSS Global SaaS & Apps Delivery

As a member of the CSS Global SaaS & Apps Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical services for customer applications and software hosted in OCI, OnPrem, and Hybrid environments. Utilizing ITIL, ISO2000, and other industry best practices, you will be responsible for managing customer applications and software across various Oracle technology stacks. Your primary objective will be to drive the adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) among our customers. By demonstrating the capabilities of Oracle's cloud technology and our engineering solutions, you will enhance the service experience for our customers in the cloud. In this role: - Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM applications to meet the organization's business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the CRM system. - Work directly with customers on new implementation, migration, and Run/Maintain projects. - Collaborate with globally distributed talented teams across various technology domains. - Handle critical issues and escalations with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Stay flexible to work with multiple technologies and participate in Oracle learning programs to upskill. Requirements: - 12+ years of industry experience in Oracle SIEBEL, including WebLogic & DB administration. - Proficiency in application Installation/Upgrade/Migration/Patching with at least 2 upgrade/migration project experiences on the latest SIEBEL version. - Experience in Unix/Linux platforms, Windows, and production support environments. - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Cloud administration experience in OCI, Azure, or AWS. - DEVOPS skills in Python, Docker, Kubernetes. - Experience in implementing and configuring CI/CD pipelines for Siebel. - Knowledge of cloud technologies like OCI, Kubernetes, and Dockers. - Latest certifications in Oracle Cloud Infra & Oracle SIEBEL technologies. - Experience in standby basis (24x7) or scheduled out-of-hour operations.
