You are an experienced consulting professional with a deep understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. You operate independently to deliver quality work products to engagements, performing varied and complex duties that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs while applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Your responsibilities include demonstrating expertise to provide functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements, potentially acting as the team lead on projects, consulting effectively with management of customer organizations, participating in business development activities, and developing and configuring detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. To qualify for this role, you should have 12+ years of relevant experience including consulting experience, an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus, effective communication skills, the ability to build rapport with team members and clients, and the willingness to travel as needed. Your required skills involve defining technical requirements, ensuring that the application structure and technical architecture align with business objectives and long-term direction, providing solution designing and effort estimates, offering technical leadership on CRM engagement and presales, demonstrating in-depth understanding and hands-on experience in Siebel Installs, Upgrades & Migration on the latest Siebel versions, owning Siebel CRM architecture, defining and designing DR architecture setup, reviewing technical documentation for compliance, engaging in Proof-of-Concepts, trainings, and demos, performing performance tuning of Siebel CRM, being ready to work in 24x7 shifts, ready to travel, and having exposure to Cloud-Migration. Additionally, preferred skills include OCI Certification Foundation / Architect / Professional, and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.,
