Job Title : Siebel Developer Experience : 3 to 5 Years Location : Gurgaon, India Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer to design, develop, and support Siebel CRM solutions. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Siebel development, including configuration, scripting, and workflow, and must be capable of working from the office from day one. Key Responsibilities Develop and support Siebel CRM solutions as per business needs Gather and define technical requirements and transform them into effective Siebel designs Perform Siebel configuration, scripting (eScript/Browser Script), and workflow development Analyze and troubleshoot defects and performance issues in Siebel systems Participate in code reviews, and perform unit testing and defect fixes Work collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery Maintain detailed technical documentation and provide regular updates to project leads Ensure alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality standards Escalate risks and blockers promptly to stakeholders Mandatory Technical Skills 3+ years of experience in Siebel development Strong expertise in Siebel Configuration, Scripting (eScript/Browser Script), and Workflow Good understanding of Siebel architecture and Siebel Tools Experience in implementing and supporting Siebel CRM solutions Strong analytical and debugging skills Good communication and collaboration skills Nice-to-Have Skills Exposure to Siebel Open UI Experience with Siebel EAI, web services integration Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases Familiarity with Agile methodologies Experience with PL/SQL or Oracle DB scripting Past experience with onsite teams (US/UK/Europe) is a plus Methodologies & Soft Skills Solid understanding of SDLC processes Exposure to Agile/Scrum frameworks Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues under pressure Good interpersonal and collaboration skills Educational Qualification BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related discipline Show more Show less
