The Process Associate will be responsible for managing various day-to-day functions including analytical tasks, customer service, and handling finance and business process outsourcing activities. The role involves ensuring compliance, managing accounts receivable, and optimizing the revenue cycle while providing excellent support for both patients and healthcare providers. Qualifications Proficient in Analytical Skills and Finance Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Business Process Outsourcing and related functions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
