Assisting in invoice printing and dispatch . Recording and reconciling receipts against debtors . Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports for management review. Coordinate with the auditors during internal and external audits. Maintain organized filing systems for accounts documents. Liaise with branch offices for accounts-related queries and data collection . Support payroll processing and statutory compliance activities (TDS, PF, PT).

Job Summary: The Office Boy/Peon is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. This role involves handling various administrative tasks, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office, and providing support to the staff as needed. Key Responsibilities: Office Maintenance: Ensure the office premises are clean and well-maintained. Regularly clean desks, chairs, windows, and common areas like the pantry, restrooms, and meeting rooms. Ensure that all office supplies, including stationery and pantry items, are stocked and organized. Document Handling: Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Handle the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Deliver documents and packages within and outside the office as required. Guest Management: Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate staff members or meeting rooms. Serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) to visitors and staff during meetings. Manage the reception area when necessary. Office Support: Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging furniture and equipment. Assist in organizing and setting up for events, meetings, and conferences. Help with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed. Administrative Support: Run errands, such as banking tasks or purchasing office supplies. Support staff with any additional tasks such as data entry or basic clerical work. Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor. Pantry Management: Maintain cleanliness in the pantry area. Ensure that pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc.) are available and restocked as necessary. Assist in serving refreshments during meetings. Required Skills and Qualifications: Basic education (preferably up to 10th grade or equivalent). Ability to communicate effectively in the local language. Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness practices. Trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently. Physically fit to handle tasks that involve lifting and moving items. Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage. Working Conditions: Standard office environment. May require working additional hours during events or special occasions.
