Job summary The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires direct site management and supervision, coordination with various stakeholders, and adherence to project specifications. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision : Directly oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Project Coordination : Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any onsite issues promptly. Quality Assurance : Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards and specifications. Progress Monitoring : Track the progress of construction activities, prepare reports, and communicate findings to project stakeholders. Resource Management : Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to achieve project goals efficiently. Software Proficiency : AutoCAD, MS-Office Key Requirements Experience : 1-4 years of experience in civil engineering within the real estate, industrial, or residential sector. Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
