About the role You’ll lead 10–15 agents across multiple NBFC portfolios . Drive daily recoveries, keep PTP kept% high, ensure QA ≥95% and zero compliance issues. Key responsibilities Own daily/weekly collection targets; publish floor-board & MIS (bucket-wise),daily MIS record keeping Coach agents: call audits, feedback, refresher training, script adherence PTP discipline: tracking, re-confirmation, broken PTP recovery Compliance & Quality: RBI-aligned process, DNC/cease-requests handling, call etiquette Dialer & reports: list management, callback queues, contactability metrics, data management Stakeholder updates: end-of-day client/manager updates, exception/escalations handling,liasioning with clients Must-have 1–3 years as Collections TL / Sr. TL (BFSI/NBFC preferred), only debt recovery experienced candidates to apply Strong on dialer ops, contact strategy, and PTP conversion MIS and record keeping Stability & team-handling attitude; excellent Hindi + workable English
