As a Configuration Management Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the configuration management processes and maintain system and software integrity. This entails collaborating with different departments to implement and supervise configuration management policies and procedures effectively. Your role will involve managing processes such as Configuration Management, Cloud Discovery, Common Service Data Model, ITOM and Service Mapping, and Continuous Service Improvement. By embodying the values of continuous service improvement, you will focus on enhancing operations while considering the business perspective. In this role, your purpose includes contributing to establishing an industry-standard CMDB Strategy, enhancing ITSM policy, processes and procedures, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with the India-based team and IT partners to deliver high-quality services and manage IT issues efficiently. To excel in this position, you should have knowledge of Financial Services and Technology industries, ITIL framework, and be comfortable with ambiguity while driving governance. Experience in IT Configuration Management, IT best practice frameworks, managing IT partners, and using ITSM tools like ServiceNow is essential. Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills are crucial to succeed in this role. Additionally, possessing ITIL V4 or V3 certification (minimum Foundation, ideally Intermediate level) will be advantageous.
