We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Female Account Assistant to support daily accounting and general office tasks. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in relevant software (such as Tally, Excel, or any ERP), and a proactive attitude toward administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Accounting Duties: Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry. Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, and receipts. Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries. Reconcile bank statements and company records. Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as needed. - Office Assistance Duties: Maintain office files, documents, and records in an organized manner. Handle calls, emails, and communication with vendors or clients. Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups as instructed. Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement. Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing. - Preferred: Candidates living nearby the office location. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
