The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Graduate degree in IT, Engineering, or Management. You must have a proven track record in Pre-Sales or Solutions Architecture within the AIDC/ Enterprise Mobility/ RFID/ IoT industry, with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in specific vertical markets such as Manufacturing, Logistics, and Retail. It is essential to have excellent knowledge of business operations, supply chain management, best practices, technology trends, and industry standards. As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include overall pre-sales activities targeting both Large and Small & Medium-sized Enterprises. You should have a deep understanding of AIDC, Enterprise Mobility, RFID, sensors, and systems integration. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting business process reviews, site surveys, systems analysis, and design to provide consultative solutions for large and complex Supply Chain Management projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting detailed Technical Proposals, Commercial Proposals, Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and User Manuals. In this role, you will engage with CXO-level teams to present the value proposition and solutions effectively. Your role will also involve coordinating successful Proof of Concepts (PoCs), project rollouts, implementations, and executions. Furthermore, you will play an active part in creating awareness and promoting the adoption of emerging technologies and applications. Collaboration with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and System Integrators (SIs) will be necessary to deliver successful client projects. Ensuring timely customer responses and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction will be a key part of your responsibilities.,
