Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled Executive HR, Admin & Accounts who will play a key role in supporting daily operations at of our Site office . The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities, including basic HR coordination, administrative work, and support in accounts and billing. The candidate must be comfortable with field visits or official travel when required. Role & responsibilities Assist in maintaining employee records (attendance, leaves, documents, etc.) Coordinate recruitment activities for labour and staff (shortlisting, calling) Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and ID issuance Coordinate with head office for policy implementation and updates Manage office supplies, petty cash, and utilities Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and service providers Maintain office infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day admin operations Assist in asset tracking and documentation (handover, receipt, etc.) File management, record keeping, and correspondence Basic data entry in Tally/Excel (as per instruction from HO) Invoice collection, bill preparation, voucher maintenance Cash handling, bank deposits, and petty expense documentation Coordinate with head office accounts team for audits and financial documentation Ensure timely submission of bills and payment follow-ups Preferred candidate profile Graduate (B.Com/BBA preferred); Tally knowledge is a plus 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role (construction industry experience is an advantage) Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) Excellent organizational and coordination skills Ability to handle multitasking and work independently Willingness to travel when required
