Key Responsibilities 1. Warehouse Operations & Stock Management Maintain accurate stock records through systematic stock keeping. Ensure timely inward and outward stock movement. Implement FIFO/FEFO and other inventory control practices. Conduct routine stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records. 2. Billing & Dispatch Prepare and maintain dispatch bills, invoices, and related documents. Oversee the dispatch process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality. Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth and cost-effective delivery. 3. Warehouse Management Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards. Supervise daily operations including loading/unloading and storage. Maintain documentation (GRN, delivery challans, return notes, etc.). Manage manpower allocation within the warehouse team. 4. Production & Logistics Support Collaborate with the production team to plan and align raw material requirements. Monitor finished goods movement from production to warehouse. Coordinate with procurement/logistics for incoming and outgoing consignments. Support in planning production schedules by providing real-time stock updates. 5. Activation & Event Support Participate in company stall setups, exhibitions, and ground activations. Coordinate logistics, stock, and manpower for activations. Ensure smooth operations during events, including inventory tracking. 6. Reporting & Coordination Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for stock and dispatch. Work closely with accounts, sales, and production teams for smooth coordination. Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field). 3–5 years of warehouse management experience (FMCG/retail preferred). Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and billing software. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage a team effectively under deadlines. Flexibility to travel and support company activations/events. Performance Metrics (KPIs) Accuracy of stock records vs. physical stock. Timeliness and error-free dispatch & billing. Reduction in stock damage/loss. Efficiency of warehouse manpower utilization. Smooth coordination during activations and events.
