Job Description: Junior STEM Engineer (Female) Positions Available: 2 About Shvvet: Shvvet is a multi-domain organization working across Education, Media, Real Estate, Banking & Finance, and F&B sectors. In education, we are focused on hands-on STEM learning through Robotics, AI, ML, Drones, and other emerging technologies. Position Title: Junior STEM Engineer (Female) Reporting To: STEM Program Lead Role Overview: The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering practical, engaging, and technology-driven sessions to school students at a girls' institution. This role is designed to inspire young female students to explore and excel in Robotics and emerging tech fields. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and lab sessions on Robotics, AI, ML, and Drones. Assist students in hands-on projects, competitions, and practical assignments. Ensure smooth day-to-day academic delivery as per the defined curriculum. Motivate students towards active participation in STEM learning. Maintain discipline, engagement, and professional rapport with students and school authorities. Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech / M.Tech Female candidates only. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply. Good practical knowledge of Robotics, Arduino, Sensors, AI/ML concepts, and Drone Technology (Training support will be provided). Good communication skills and confidence to independently handle batches. Other Requirements: Positive attitude, proactive approach, and eagerness to work with school students. Willingness to adapt to the academic schedule of school timings. Ability to travel if required. Compensation: Salary will be finalized based on profile and interview performance.
