Job Responsibilities : Execute Instrumentation Maintenance tasks of DCS ,PLC, Analysers & Field Instrumentation etc with quality Review maintenance activities, and prioritize critical jobs Carry out scheduled and chance based maintenance of instrumentation equipment, Ensure compliance to standards, procedures and best practices Conduct regular Troubleshooting and root cause analysis Facilitate and support minor projects HSEF compliance (RESOP, MIQA, CFA, DOSHE mandatory trainings), Assist Manager in spares inventory management to maintain stock levels & issuing Spares for job execution, Assist Manager in procurement and follow up with vendor, purchase and stores, Assist Manager in shutdown planning, budgeting and execution, Carry out risk assessment and adhere to all the safety norms in routine and shutdown jobs, Prepare audit related documents for manager Participate in Reliability & Integrity studies as identified Conduct obsolescence management Collate data for performance monitoring and reporting Implementation of recommendations Execute PM/PdM schedules Carry regular LLF visits in the plant to identify potential failures Maintain history/ records Weekly preparation of maintenance KPIs of Instrumentation, Maintaining IMS documents for Instrumentation Maintenance Providing technical guidance, training to sub ordinates, Education Requirement : Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering Experience Requirement : 2 Years Experience required Skills & Competencies : Analytical ability Self-Initiative Proactive Problem solving ability Good interpersonal skills Relevant industrial experience with good technical background and good communication skills Domain knowledge of Instrumentation Engineering Knowledge of various codes & Standards

Boiler Operation:Operate and control high-pressure boiler systems in a safe and efficient manner Monitor boiler parameters, such as pressure, temperature, and fuel levels Maintenance and Inspection:Conduct regular inspections of boilers and associated equipment to identify and address potential issues Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures related to boiler operations Conduct safety checks and implement measures to prevent accidents or malfunctions Emergency Response:Respond promptly to any emergency situations, including equipment failures or malfunctions Implement emergency shutdown procedures when necessary Recordkeeping:Maintain accurate records of boiler operation, maintenance activities, and inspections Compile and submit reports as required by regulatory authorities Troubleshooting:Identify and troubleshoot issues related to boiler operation Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve complex problems Efficiency Optimization:Implement measures to improve the energy efficiency and performance of boiler systems Recommend and implement upgrades or modifications when necessary Team Collaboration:Communicate effectively with other operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors Collaborate with the engineering team on projects and modifications Training and Compliance:Stay informed about changes in regulations, technologies, and best practices in boiler operations Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

1. To ensure 100% uptime of HT line and in case of any breakdown to coordinate with concerned persons for the rectification of the faulty line HT line. 2. To ensure the on time preventive maintenance of VCB/SF6 ensuring all safeties are operational. 3. Cleaning Inspection after Racking out of VCB (Complete Panel Shutdown mandatory). 4. Contact Gap Checking. 5. Servicing of draw out mechanism. 6. Replacement of defective parts (VCB Spares to be supplied by the IFMS Provider). 7. Checking of Manual motorized operation of VCB. 8. Contact Timing Checking. 9. Conducting annual preventive maintenance of AVR/Transformer unit including dehydration test. 10. Routine Tests shall be carried out on each unit as per IS: 2026. These tests shall consist of following- (a) Physical Examination (b) Insulation Resistance (c) High Voltage Tests (d) No-Load Current (e) No-Load Losses (f) Load Losses Efficiency (g) Induced Voltage Test (h) Output Voltage Test (i) Provision for earthing (j) Winding Resistance (k) Ratio Polarity test (l) Dielectric strength of oil. Qualifications: Knowledge of Rating and Diagram Plate ; HT Substations, Lifting Lugs, Oil level gauge; Air release plug; Drain cum Filter Valve, Explosion vent pipe, Silica gel breather ; DG Synchronization.'
