Job Summary We are seeking experienced and IR Class Certified Welders with a strong background in the marine industry. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing high-quality welding work on marine vessels and related structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities 1. Perform welding tasks (MIG, TIG, Arc, and Gas welding) on marine vessels, structures, and components. 2. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures. 3. Conduct repairs, modifications, and fabrication of marine parts and equipment. 4. Maintain welding equipment in good working condition. 5. Ensure all welding work meets IR Class certification and safety requirements. 6. Work collaboratively with the maintenance and engineering teams. Required Qualifications & Skills: 1. Mandatory IR Class Certification in welding. 2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in the marine field. 3. Proficiency in various welding techniques used in marine repair and fabrication. 4. Ability to work in challenging marine environments, including onboard vessels. 5. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and marine industry standards. 6. Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
