Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard app users through various channels such as cold calling, networking, online research, personal interactions, and referrals. Product Promotion: Deliver compelling presentations about our products and services. Coordinate with relevant authorities to secure permissions for roadshows, seminars, and workshops. Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate business leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Agent Support: Provide necessary support to the agent network, set sales and marketing goals, and ensure their achievement. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, customers, and all stakeholders within the ecosystem. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Required Skills: Product Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of our products and services, and the ability to articulate their value effectively. Problem-Solving: Identify challenges in the sales process and develop creative solutions. Target-Oriented: Prioritize tasks effectively, handle rejections with resilience, and maintain focus on achieving sales targets. Analytical Thinking: Use tools to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Specialized Knowledge: Bachelors or Masters degree preferred ( B.Com , BBA , MBA or equivalent). Candidates with 0-2 years of sales experience in roles such as insurance agents, financial services executives, or financial advisors are desirable. Strong communication skills in atleast two of the languages listed - Telugu, Hindi, and English . Knowledge of the Mutual Fund industry is preferable. Soft Skills: Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively. Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate challenges with a positive attitude. Consultative Selling: Proven ability to negotiate and influence to achieve desired outcomes. Business Acumen: Ability to communicate in business terms and align with organizational goals. Professional Maturity: Confident, performance-driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating with a team.
