Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager for our 3-star hotel located near Bangalore International Airport. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and high service standards. Manage and train hotel staff, fostering a positive team environment. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue. Monitor financial performance and develop budgets to ensure profitability. Maintain hotel facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with guests and address any complaints or issues promptly. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products. Skills and Qualifications MBA degree or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. 10-12 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a 3-star or higher establishment.
