The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative functioning, maintain accurate financial records, represent the organization externally, and coordinate with stakeholders across departments and institutions. Key Responsibilities Office Administration Manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and correspondence Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally Support HR and procurement processes as needed Finance & Accounts Assist in bookkeeping, voucher preparation, and expense tracking Coordinate with accountants for monthly reconciliation and audits Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting Ensure timely submission of bills, reimbursements, and statutory payments Field Work Visit banks, government offices, vendors, and partner institutions as required Liaison & Coordination Act as a point of contact between the organization and external agencies Facilitate communication with banks, government departments, vendors, and clients Follow up on pending approvals, applications, and service requests Represent the organization professionally in meetings and field interactions Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in office, finance, or field coordination roles Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to multitask, travel locally, and handle confidential information Preferred Attributes Experience working in educational foundations, NGOs, or administrative setups Familiarity with government procedures and documentation Self-motivated, punctual, and well-organized Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
