Job Summary We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Solar products. The role involves visiting potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and achieving targets while building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Visit potential customers to present and promote solar Products Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and referrals. Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for proposals. Negotiate and close sales in line with company policies. Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat. business. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Submit regular sales activity reports to the manager. B2B, B2C Qualifications & Skills Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) Experience in field sales preferred, but freshers are welcome. Good communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented. Willingness to travel within assigned territory. Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹10000 – ₹15000 per month (based on experience).
