Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations at our office located in Aminabad, Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounting principles, tax filing, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts including journals, ledgers, and balance sheets Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance reports Handle invoicing, billing, bank reconciliations, and daily cash management Prepare Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and MIS reports as needed Monitor receivables and payables, and reconcile vendor and customer accounts Assist with payroll processing, expense management, and reimbursement tracking Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits Ensure timely data entry and record-keeping using accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or Zoho Books) Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, M.Com preferred) Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience Proficient in Tally Prime Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance Good command of MS Excel and basic office tools Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines Work Schedule: Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Wednesday, Friday to Sunday Weekly Off: Thursday
