Field Sales Executive Fresher Job
About the job: We are seeking a self-motivated and field-ready sales representative to establish and grow our presence in Bangalore for our woodworking adhesive brand - a high-quality, cost-effective alternative to Fevicol. You will be our only representative in the city. There will be no manager or senior based in Bangalore - this is a full-ownership role requiring initiative, discipline, and the drive to build a territory from scratch. Key responsibilities: 1. Identify, visit, and onboard furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen units, door makers, and plywood dealers 2. Promote and sell our range of woodworking adhesives 3. Build relationships with carpenters, contractors, and dealers 4. Share product samples, explain use cases, and ensure repeat orders 5. Handle payment follow-ups, order updates, and local market intelligence 6. Submit daily reports and updates to HQ Requirements: 1. 1-3 years of field sales experience in adhesives, laminates, plywood, hardware, or building materials is highly beneficial 2. Strong understanding of the woodworking industry buyers 3. Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone 4. Fluent in Kannada + Basic English Compensation: 1. Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives 2. Fuel allowance, phone allowance 3. Growth path based on performance Note: This is a solo, on-ground role with complete city ownership.
