We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing product or service information, answering queries, and generating leads or sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers using provided lists. Introduce products or services and explain features and benefits. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls. Record customer information and call outcomes accurately in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales teams. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and sales processes. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a customer service role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software. Good telephone etiquette and professional manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions: Office-based with fixed working hours or flexible shifts depending on company policy. Target-driven environment. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :1 TO 3 YEAR Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,775.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
