Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineer based in Pune. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for managing engineering projects, designing and developing medium and high voltage equipment, overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing engineering processes. Qualifications Expertise in designing and developing medium and high voltage equipment Proficiency in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution Strong understanding of electrical systems and their installation and maintenance Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize engineering processes Excellent communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Experience in the power transmission and distribution sector is a plus Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior engineering role
