The Personal Secretary will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management, ensuring effective communication, smooth day-to-day operations, and confidential handling of sensitive information. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle confidential documents and ensure proper filing and record keeping. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and official communication on behalf of the executive. Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes as required. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for meetings, events, and other official activities. Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handle them appropriately. Assist in personal tasks and errands as required by the executive. Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and paper documents. Ensure deadlines are met and follow up on pending matters proactively. Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Professional appearance and demeanor.
