Role Description Establishing strong public relationship, brand establishment, conducting public seminars, adapting and implementing admission policy, maintaining strong relationship with parents, conducting regular parent feedbacks, analysis of the parent feedback. Establishing grievance redressal mechanism, bringing critical cases of operation / process dispute to the principal and management, articulating problematic areas and grey areas in the operations and creating familiarization strategy for the leadership team with suggestive action plans Conducting admission / school facility related sessions for the parents / different target audiences broadcasting the facility of the school, attending different seminars of school admissions Regular feedback to the brochure designing / marketing team to mention different dynamic in the marketing collaterals Sales conversion of the hot leads coming through the marketing campaigns, creating right narratives for the new parents and leads to establish great sales closures Handling a team of Sales / tele callers Developing proper sales narratives based on the product / service quality. Taking regular training of the sales team Experience:- Prior experience as admission counsellor, admission coordinator for school / college or higher education of minimum 5 years . Prior experience in the service sales industry would be an added advantage Prior experience in conducting market reiki, client desire analysis would be a great advantage. Graduate / post-graduate / MBA in public relation, relation ship management in corporate affairs / corporate sales would be the desirable profile.
