Job Purpose:To drive sales and business development of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) and Aggregates by building strong relationships with contractors, builders, infrastructure companies, and government bodies, ensuring achievement of sales targets and market share growth. Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and develop new customers in the construction and infrastructure industry (builders, contractors, developers, government departments). Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities. Promote company’s RMC and aggregate products, ensuring proper pricing and quality positioning in the market. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments. Maintain and expand the customer database by continuously networking and building relationships. Visit construction sites regularly to assess demand, resolve client issues, and ensure timely supply coordination with the operations team. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis to management. Collaborate with the operations, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements to provide feedback for pricing strategies. Handle customer complaints and resolve disputes effectively. Qualifications & Skills:Graduate in Civil Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing (preferred, not mandatory). 2–5 years of experience in sales of construction materials (RMC, cement, aggregates, or related field). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Good understanding of construction practices and site operations. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Sales target achievement (volume & revenue). New client acquisition and retention. Payment collection efficiency. Market share growth in assigned territory. Customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
