Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chinese Cuisine Chef to develop, prepare, and execute authentic and innovative Chinese dishes. This role involves designing a balanced and appealing menu that caters to diverse customer preferences while maintaining authenticity and quality. --> Key Responsibilities: Plan and design an authentic and creative Chinese menu, including appetizers, main courses, soups, rice, noodles, and desserts. Adapt traditional Chinese recipes to local tastes when appropriate. Monitor food preparation and ensure food safety and hygiene standards. Work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain kitchen efficiency and service quality. Stay updated with culinary trends in Chinese cuisine. Train kitchen staff on preparation techniques and menu items. --> Requirements: Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or in a similar culinary role. Deep knowledge of regional Chinese cuisines (e.g., Sichuan, Cantonese, Hunan, etc.). Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene. Creativity and passion for food presentation and innovation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
