Role Overview: As an Insulation Supervisor at the site in Barmer, your main responsibility will be to oversee insulation projects and manage a team of workers. You will need to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard while meeting safety regulations. Your role will involve scheduling tasks, coordinating with clients and contractors, conducting inspections, and maintaining project documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage insulation projects and supervise a team of workers - Ensure that safety standards and regulations are strictly followed - Coordinate effectively with clients and contractors for seamless project execution - Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality work standards - Accurately maintain project documentation throughout the project duration Qualifications Required: - Experience in insulation techniques, materials, and practices - Strong supervisory and team management skills - Knowledge of safety standards and regulations - Excellent communication and coordination abilities - Proficiency in project documentation and reporting - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Previous experience in construction or a related field - Knowledge of the site permit system Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in thermal insulation (Note: Immediate joiners will be preferred for this position),
