Role & responsibilities Deliver on monthly and daily targets assigned by the Regional in charge Daily sales planning and execution in the market Communication of schemes to the network and action planning with the partner to achieve the scheme targets Ensuring best in class serviceability to the network by coordinating with Logistics Ensuring resolution of Dealer issues to boost growth Planning discussion with dealers to identify pathways to grow sales Assisting Sales Promoters in management of Dealer & Retailer relations Driving CRM Adoption in the network Coordinating mason/contractor meets at dealer shops to promote Shree cement products Follow up conversations with masons to drive conversion to our products Identifying new dealers/retailers for working with Shree cement Tap dealers/retailers of competition for conversion to our brand Reactivation of inactive dealers through resolution of issues Minimizing outstanding of retailers to Sales Promoters Ensuring payment clearance within credit period across the channel Ensuring distribution of gifts/other incentives post scheme completion to stakeholders
