Product Knowledge: Good understanding of UPVC window and door systems, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications. Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions. Self-Motivation and Target-Orientation: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve sales targets. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations. Market Awareness: Knowledge of the local market, competitor landscape, and relevant industry trends. Driving License and Own Vehicle (Preferred): Access to a personal vehicle for conducting field visits and client meetings.
