The Senior Sales Manager for B2B Sales will lead and drive business growth by managing strategic relationships with key corporate clients and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual who is skilled in B2B sales strategies, relationship management, business collaboration and market analysis. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to deliver innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of business, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and overall company goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Leadership & Strategy-Lead and develop a high-performing sales team focused on acquiring and retaining B2B clients.Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including emerging market segments, industries, and verticals.Stay ahead of competitors by monitoring market trends, industry advancements, and customer demands.2. Client Relationship Management-Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.Serve as the primary contact for strategic clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and engagement.Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer service) to deliver tailored solutions.Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.3. Market and Product Expertise-Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and services.Educate clients about product and service benefits, customizing presentations to address specific business needs.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote products and services.6. Team Development and Mentorship-Mentor, train, and develop junior sales staff to foster a high-performance sales culture.Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to identify strengths and areas for improvement.Encourage team collaboration, motivation, and knowledge-sharing to drive collective success.Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.Experience:Minimum of 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership or senior sales management role.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.Experience in QA Testing Projects and client collaboration for QA Testing Services is highly desirable.Skills:Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.Advanced understanding of sales metrics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and pipeline management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales-related software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
