Job Description

The Showroom Sales Executive – Mobiles is responsible for delivering exceptional in-store customer service, demonstrating mobile phones and related products, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong product knowledge, customer engagement skills, and the ability to drive revenue through effective communication and upselling.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Welcome customers to the showroom and understand their mobile phone requirements.
  • Demonstrate product features, specifications, and comparisons clearly.
  • Recommend appropriate models based on customer needs and budget.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for mobile devices and accessories.

2. Product Knowledge & Demonstration

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mobile phone brands, models, features, pricing, and offers.
  • Explain differences between devices (e.g., performance, camera, battery, OS).
  • Conduct live demos of mobile phones and related tech accessories.

3. In-Store Operations & Display

  • Ensure proper merchandising and display of mobiles and accessories.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team for replenishment.

4. Customer Support & Service

  • Address customer queries, issues, and complaints politely and professionally.
  • Assist with device setup, basic troubleshooting, and product activations if required.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and maintain repeat business.

5. Sales Processing & Reporting

  • Generate bills/invoices using POS systems.
  • Process payments and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with the store manager.

6. Market Awareness

  • Stay informed about competitor products, prices, promotions, and new launches.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trending models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or graduation in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in mobile sales, electronics retail, or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of mobile phones, OS platforms, and accessories.
  • Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS billing, MS Excel).
  • Customer-focused attitude and professional grooming.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
