Showroom Experience Manager (Guest Handling)

Job Role for showroom Experience Manager will involve:-

• “Overseeing all customer touchpoints and ensuring prompt resolution of any concern that could impact customer satisfaction.”
• “Identifying and addressing service gaps immediately to prevent anything that hampers the customer experience.”
• “Ensuring seamless coordination across departments to resolve issues that disrupt the customer journey.”
• “Ensuring excellent customer service by warmly welcoming guests, supervising all hospitality and waiting areas, maintaining showroom hygiene standards, and addressing any concerns that could impact customer experience.”
• “Managing the entire customer journey—from greeting and hospitality to hygiene and issue resolution—to deliver a smooth and delightful showroom experience.”

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,745.69 per month
