As a CRM Specialist at WS Audiology, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the sales cycle, from customer segmentation and planning to execution and follow-up. Your expertise in customer segmentation, sales territory management, sales enablement, and marketing automation will be essential in driving the business transformation and reaching more people effectively. Your responsibilities will include leading the execution of customer segmentation models, preparing strategic sales plans, overseeing customer meetings and follow-up activities, establishing metrics for tracking sales impact, managing sales and marketing campaigns, and utilizing marketing automation platforms to streamline lead generation and improve conversion rates. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing virtual and in-person events, ensuring the quality and integrity of master data, implementing service quality management programs, tracking sales performance, managing sales enablement tools, optimizing CRM systems for both B2B and B2C sales operations, improving the shopping and fitting experience for customers, refining sales territory management, and developing training programs for sales teams. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales operations or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Proficiency and proven certification in Salesforce.com (B2B & B2C) is mandatory, along with experience in utilizing other sales enablement and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, project management abilities, and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this position.
