You are an experienced and innovative Content Lead responsible for driving the content strategy in the realm of political consultancy. Your primary tasks include crafting impactful narratives, developing engaging campaigns, and managing a team of writers and creators to deliver high-quality content that aligns with clients" political goals. Your roles and responsibilities include developing and implementing content strategies in alignment with political campaign objectives, identifying opportunities to enhance audience engagement through creative storytelling, overseeing the creation of written, visual, and multimedia content, and drafting speeches, press releases, social media posts, and other campaign materials as required. You will also be responsible for managing, mentoring, and guiding a team of content writers, editors, and designers, allocating tasks, and setting clear goals to meet deadlines efficiently. Market research will be a crucial aspect of your role, wherein you will analyze audience preferences, current political trends, and competitor activities to incorporate insights into content strategies for enhanced effectiveness. Additionally, you will monitor content performance and implement improvements based on analytics. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Journalism, Political Science, Communications, or related fields, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, preferably in political consultancy, media, or public relations. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
