We specialize in Robotic Programming, Training & Hiring, Prop Manufacturing, Show Creations, and Technical Design & Management. We are currently seeking a skilled Master Electrician with a strong background in electrical design and PLC programming. As a Master Electrician at Backstage Dynamics, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of electrical projects, from concept and schematic design to on-site installation and ongoing support. The ideal candidate should be confident in leading projects independently, ensuring both technical precision and operational safety. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop comprehensive electrical systems and layouts. - Program and troubleshoot PLCs for automation and control systems. - Lead installation efforts and oversee site execution. - Conduct system testing, quality checks, and provide ongoing technical support. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical components. - Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and best practices. Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in electrical systems design and execution. - Proficiency in PLC programming with knowledge of systems like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc. - Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics. - Demonstrated leadership skills and a solutions-first attitude. This is a full-time position with the requirement to work in person at our designated work location.
