Role & responsibilities Design and analysis of sheeting and shoring systems for deep excavations and structural stability. Develop earth retention systems including: Soldier beam and lagging Secant pile walls Tangent pile walls Sheet pile walls Shotcrete systems with soil nails or rock bolts Tie-backs (earth anchors) Underpinning of existing structures Prepare design drawings, technical reports, and calculation packages to support construction and permitting. Evaluate geotechnical data, soil investigation reports, and laboratory test results to inform design decisions.
