Typing Speed and Accuracy: As stenography is closely tied to fast and accurate typing, a high typing speed is essential. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining discussion points, meeting discussions, concepts effectively. Patience and Organization: Need to be patient, organized, and able to adapt to the different learning speeds. Knowledge of shorthand will be an advantage. Must be proficient in MS Office.
