Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mall Marketing Head to lead the marketing operations. This role is primarily focused on the ground-level execution of marketing strategies designed to increase footfall and drive engagement . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mall marketing or event management and be capable of bridging strategic planning with hands-on implementation. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Execution Lead and manage the on-ground mall marketing team. Ensure seamless execution of all planned marketing activities, promotions, and events. Supervise daily operations related to marketing campaigns and mall events. 2. Drive Footfall & Engagement Implement activities that directly contribute to increasing footfall. Leverage festivals, weekends, and special occasions to create consumer-focused marketing events. Monitor event impact and optimize execution for better customer engagement. 3. Coordination Between Strategy & Execution Act as the key liaison between the strategic marketing team and ground implementation team. Provide real-time feedback on what's working and what's not from the ground level. Suggest practical improvements to marketing strategies based on on-ground insights. 4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Coordinate with retail partners, event agencies, and other vendors to ensure timely and quality execution. Maintain strong relationships with tenants to support in-mall branding and promotional efforts. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of mall marketing, event execution, and retail promotions Excellent team management and interpersonal communication skills Strong executional capability with attention to timelines and quality Ability to manage multiple events and activations simultaneously Comfortable working in a dynamic and consumer-focused environment Preferred Background 610 years of relevant experience in mall marketing or event management Prior experience working in shopping malls, retail complexes, or large-scale event companies Proven ability to translate strategy into action and results on the ground Age Group: 3040 Years

Lead Concept Implementation: Work with stakeholders to bring concepts to life, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and vision. ROLE SPECIFICATIONS QUALIFICATION Diploma in Architecture/ Planning & Design/ Civil Engineering or PMP certification EXPERIENCE 13+ years in a managerial capacity of leading independent Retail Design Development projects in Shopping Malls, Individual store design, Office cum Warehouses, Residential apartments and providing Design Management services COMPETENCIES Knowledge of spaces, spatial layouts, spatial planning Knowledge of Architectural detailing, Construction Methodology and Civil / MEP / Interior work estimation Contract Administration Construction Management Design, Cost and Project Management understanding Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication Planning and Organizing Resourcefulness Problem Solving Decision-Making
