Shopify Plus developer and designer

You will be responsible for the development of the Shopify Plus platform, themes, liquid programming language, and corresponding apps. Your role will involve designing UX based on our brand standard and style guide. Additionally, you will be required to implement system integrations crucial to our success. Your contributions will extend to the development of open-source software, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, and common web technologies necessary for building seamless multi-channel experiences. It is essential that you possess knowledge in security/personal data protection principles and GDPR compliance. Your responsibilities will also include developing testing plans, troubleshooting eCommerce issues, conducting root cause analysis, and defining corresponding action items. You should be proficient in implementing advanced debugging techniques and utilizing browser developer tools effectively. Qualifications: - 4-6 years of experience in Website Development - General experience in building, launching, and maintaining stores, along with a good understanding of the admin system - Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of the Document Object Model (DOM) - Experience with working on a made theme and/or Storefront API - Proficiency in Shopify's theming system and Liquid templating - Experience in implementing/debugging 3rd party Shopify apps and creating custom solutions if necessary - Strong understanding and experience in vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, ES2015/ES6, and modern JavaScript frameworks - Familiarity with Shopify's object/properties, AJAX API, and Meta fields - Excellent testing and debugging skills using browser console and external tools - Experience in developing responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile - Proficiency in working with 3rd party services and APIs, especially plugins for Shopify - Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide proactive feedback to peers and the team - Good organizational skills Your role will be crucial in the successful development and maintenance of our eCommerce platform and ensuring a seamless user experience across different channels.,
