Furthermore, you will plan and execute various promotions and campaigns to ensure a seamless user journey from ad click to checkout. Leveraging Shopify analytics and heatmaps, you will identify performance bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Collaboration with logistics, customer service, and product operations will be essential to deliver a frictionless customer experience. To excel in this role, you should possess 3-5 years of D2C experience in a consumer brand, preferably in home, lifestyle, or cookware segments. Deep familiarity with Shopify and tools like Hotjar, Klaviyo, and others is crucial. A strong sense of aesthetics, experience in UI/UX projects, A/B testing mindset, and understanding of CRO, funnel metrics, and landing page psychology are required. Cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, design, tech, and supply chain teams along with strong copy and content instincts will be highly valued.
