Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets. • Manage daily operations of ecommerce platforms (Shopify/ Magento/ WooCommerce, etc.). • Analyse web analytics and performance data (traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, etc.) to drive optimization. • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid media, social commerce). • Work closely with merchandising teams to plan, list, and optimize product assortments online. • Oversee inventory, order fulfilment, returns, and customer service from the digital channel. • Identify and manage 3rd party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra). • Ensure smooth integration with logistics and payment gateway partners. • Implement A/B testing and CRO techniques to enhance UX and UI. • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred. • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in retail or consumer goods. • Strong understanding of e-commerce tools, platforms, and analytics (Google Analytics, GA4, Shopify, etc.). • Experience with SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, CRM, and email marketing platforms. • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or other data tools is a plus. • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
