Shopify Intern E-commerce Operations

Our mission is to deliver high-quality, stylish accessories to discerning customers worldwide. We are seeking a Shopify Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce store. As a Shopify Intern based out of our office in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for managing the store, uploading products, updating designs, and tracking performance to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Adding, updating, and maintaining product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on Shopify. - Uploading product images and ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines. - Creating and updating Shopify collections, menus, and navigation structure. - Assisting in customizing Shopify themes for seasonal campaigns and promotions. - Coordinating with the design team to update banners, homepage layouts, and landing pages. - Optimizing product titles, descriptions, and meta tags for search engines. - Supporting marketing campaigns by setting up promotional codes, banners, and featured products. - Testing website functionality, checkout flows, and mobile responsiveness. - Identifying and reporting bugs or UX issues to the development team. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of Shopify Admin Panel and e-commerce workflows. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS (basic edits in Shopify themes is a plus). - Understanding of SEO best practices for e-commerce. - Good design sense for product presentation and merchandising. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
