Prepare detailed faade design drawings using AutoCAD software. Create accurate cost estimates for glazing systems, including BOQ preparation and quantity surveying tasks. Develop shop drawings for drainage systems (SHOPDRAINWG) according to project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs and estimates. Provide technical support during the execution phase of projects Prepare BOQs, estimates, and quantity surveys for faade works. Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and provide cost-effective solutions. Develop accurate estimates based on project scope, materials, labor costs, and other relevant factors. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during the estimation process. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in facade design or related field (quantity surveying). Proficiency in AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, glazing systems, shop drawings creation. Strong understanding of Quantity Surveying principles and practices. System Knowledge in Schco & other European systems.
